Wanda cannot even remember her own phone number. She repeatedly gives my business number out (used to be her number aparently) to people and businesses. I even contacted them, but she doesn't get it. This is been going on for 5 years and still going on. I would never do business with someone that dumb.

Me and my wife had lived in the cary area for over 20 years and had decided to move to an area less crowded with lots a little smaller. We called on Wanda and could not have been more pleased with her customer service. Wanda was always very pleasant and took plenty of time to show us different neighborhoods that were in our budget. We narrowed it down to 3 good homes and after a couple days decided on a good one. She helped negotiate the offer and we were relieved when they accepted after 3 days. Wanda did an excellent job for us and we recommend her very highly.
