Always available? NO. Told I would have to wait until morning. One trip repairs? NO. Told that they would have to come look at my home and return with parts. Emergency Service? WHAT? Said they'd come look at everything but couldnt fix anything until morning and I'd pay $90 for the privilege. Make good on their advertising promises? NO.
