In Short
The decor as well as the food might best be described as ethnically eclectic. Bringing together the flavors of Africa, the Middle East and the Mediterranean, this is a great spot to try new foods. Never had a Turkish pizza? Settle around one of the floor tables (pillows provided, of course) and share some of the tapas-like dishes. Don't miss the homemade pide--a Turkish pita--topped with haydari, a yogurt spread made with walnuts, dill and garlic.

My husband and I were there last evening. What a wonderful place. The atmosphere is created by the vibrant undertones from the oriental kilims on the wall, the authentic Turkish chandeliers, lamps, the hard wood floors… The food is no less impressive. We had items form the Appetizer menu – Mezze Platter, Falafel, Sigara Borgei. Oh my God, what a delicious food. The chef really knows his way around the kitchen. Everything was perfectly delectable and bursted with flavor in your mouth. I highly recommend the Visne Vodka martini, one of the most delicious martinis I ever had. Service was good, our server, Inan, was very friendly and had knowledge of the food. Will definitely go back again!

One of my favorite restauraunts in chapel Hill, the food is deliciously flavored, atmosphere is nice, waitstaff are pleasant and helpful, definitely a must try for anyone who likes Middle Eastern or Mediterranean food. The entire menu is fantastic, but I would reccomend the Manti, Adana Kebab, Iskender Kebab, for anyone wanting to try out the restauraunt. I went there on friday, they were really busy , I thought the service or food quality will be poor, but everything was great. Highly recommended
