I just came out of the best music store that I have ever been to. it is Sam Ash Music in Charlotte NC. The staff was great and extreamly knowledgable. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and I didn't have any problems finding the help that I needed and they had exactly what I needed in stock. I am definately a life long customer with Sam Ash.

Nothing in stock! The most popular items (like Regal Tip 2B wood tip sticks) aren't even stocked, forget about something slightly out of the ordinary. I do most of my buying online but sometimes I want to get something (like drumsticks) locally but I can count on Sam Ash and The Guitar Center NOT to have it. It's pathetic for a chain store of that size not to carry, at least, the most basic items.
