I'm thoroughly impressed with the owner's business ethic, personability, and genuine love for the saltwater hobby. It's rare to find a business these days that has the customer's best interests at heart, but Aquatic Concepts absoluted does. I LOVE the atmosphere in the store and have even dropped by just to enjoy it. I tripped on this store when I first found it and am so glad I did - I recommend it to everyone I know!
Pros: Great prices, Wonderful people to work with, Addictive atmosphere
Cons: supplies move fast so pickings can seem slim

I have a 300 gal reef tank and have been in the hobby for over 10 years. I live in Greensboro and instead of going to the local fish stores around me I drive to Aquatic Concepts for their selection and price. I love the atmosphere of the store! The staff are well trained and the owners always remember who you are. For everyone who lives in Raleigh or Cary I heard that they are opening another facility somewhere in raleigh. I think it is supposed to open sometime in the fall.
Pros: Great Staff, Atmosphere and selection
Cons: The good stuff goes fast!
