I have gone to almost all the spas in Raleigh, and I have also gone to top-rated spas in Lebanon (Lebanon, btw, is the center of cosmetic care in the region) - and, without doubt, and without exception, Ferial is absolutely the best. I get the whole spa experience with her -- and with substance rather than just frills. In other words, rather then caring so much about getting me a hot cup of tea - Ferial cares about making sure that my skin looks the best that it can look - and she succeeds every time. (And, when I'm inconsiderate about taking care of my face - like sunbathing without protection -- she scolds me like she should :-) The bottom line: if you want to get a brilliant facial, and one so good that even the men in your life will notice (as my guy-friends notice when I return from a visit with Ferial) - then you should go see Ferial. She's so good, that even though I now live in Lebanon, I make sure to book my appointment with Ferial every time I visit NC! (By the way, this review guideline for posting did not allow me write - a- r- a- b when I was describing the region where I now live. Why is the word a - r - a- b listed as an "inappropriate word"?!?!)

Cyndee has been helping me with hair and makeup for over 10 years! Recently I was in a hurry and thought I didn't have the time to drive 40 minutes to have Cyndee cut my hair, so I went to the neighborhood salon. A few days later I was at a convention to give a speech. I looked in the mirror at my hair, and totally regretted my decision! While Cyndee gives me a great hair style, she gives me something far more important -- confidence. Thanks, Cyndee!
