I have been coming here for 2 years now - it's a great environment for women! Friendly staff, great classes & instructors, cardio equip & 30 minute circut... you'll actually enjoy coming in for a workout. The 24 - 7 access is great, you can choose the time you want to come in & workout. The place is always very clean & there's plenty of parking outside. You will be so glad you joined this gym... it's the friendliest gym in Raleigh!
