I went to the Bridal Mart during the week and it was great. If you go there on the weekends, you will not get helped and it is so many people there. The service was great and helpful. The lady who helped me gave me her honest opinion on the dress. They won't let you take but 3 dresses back at a time. The only complaint I would have is the dressing room. The first day I went, there was a lady standing there in a thong; nobody wants to see that! But if you are comfortable being undressed infront of people this won't bother you. Once you get in there and you see nobody is really looking at you and don't care that you are undressed, it gets a little more comfortable. So I would recommend this store to anyone if you want a great deal and nice customer service.

I agree with all of the above. Weekends are a disaster to shop there. Lots of dresses, but most are older styles and dirty. However, I was told by a nice person I met there. Once you DO find a dress you like, you can buy it for MUCH LESS from their web site ebridalsuperstore
Pros: lots of dresses to try on
Cons: one large fitting room, not much service
