I made the mistake of paying upfront with a clause to cancel and it took months to get most of my money back. Many e-mails and a complaint to the media finally assisted in them returning most of the money I had paid.

The previous reviews were made in 2002. In 2005 I went to this gym and was about to join when the manager was extremely rude to me. That made my mind up to go to another club where the staff is very professional.
