We have had our 2002 Ford Explorer with 50,000 miles in the Service Department ever week for the past three weeks. We pickup the vehicle and the problems are not fixed. I swear they do trial and error diagnosis. Each time the same syptoms have a different solution at a cost. Avoid Fords. Avoid Crossroads Ford Service Department.

I called reference a truck advertised in the newspaper and spoke with the used car/truck mgr. I asked him about a warranty on used vehicles and he said they did not give one, but I could purchase one. I told him that other dealers I have dealt with in the past normally offer a 30 day warranty on newer used vehicles. He stated they did not as they are such a high volume dealer. He was evasive on some of the other questions I asked. He kept saying, "come on in and we can talk about it". I found the same type vehicle I was inquiring about at another dealer for a cheaper price and a no cost 30 days warranty to got with it.
