The menu is comprised of truly interesting pizza combinations, like the Muffaletta, a tribute to the great, tragically wounded city of New Orleans--A white pizza crust topped with muffaletta (a coarsley chopped mix of black and green olives with carrots, garlic, herbs and olive oil), provolone cheese, salami, canadian bacon, red onions and banana peppers. That may sound like an odd combination, but after the first delicious bite, you'll realize that whoever has developed this menu is a genius! That's only the first combination on the menu, and all the others down to the last one (The State Fair--Dijon Mustard with Italian sausage, provolone, white onions and green peppers) are equally interesting. The sauces and the dough are uniformly outstanding. Salads are fresh and taste up to the standard of the excellent pizza. Delivery is prompt and hot; I've never eaten in. For the quality, the prices are very reasonable, and if you sign up at their web site they'll send you valuable e-coupons. Congratulations, Jim Niver! Capital Creations is a Raleigh treasure.

Cons: Don't bother dining in; order delivery or take out

i have never dined in but the take out is amazing, always exactly what I ordered and ready promptly. I would highly recommend their pizza.
