I really like the Ora designs, but didn't appreciate the floor manager attempting to significantly increase the dollar amount of the ring design after we received an initial lower estimate from an Ora gemologist. She indicated that she is "greedy" and feels the gemologist should be receiving more money for his labor. Their initial ring design estimate was equitable to the other estimates we obtained at other jewelry designers. So, watch out for the slick floor manager.
Pros: Great designs.
Cons: Slick manager attempting to up price after initial good faith estimate.

I've noticed in my relationship with Ora that everyone in the shop is extremely knowledgeable and prepared to do what it takes to gain and keep customers. If your looking for a diamond, go see them.
