Plumbing Express did a terrific job on the repipe of my home. They completed the repipe in one day and they would have finished the whole job in three if not for delays in the inspection. The drywall & painting crew was terrific. When I saw the cuts in the wall, I was terrified about how the final restoration would look. It looks great. Throughout my house, they matched at least 5 different shades of colors and did no damage to the handpainting in my guest bathroom. They finished in five days - I never went without water in any of my bathrooms or my kitchen. They were very clean (cutting that much drywall will kick up dust - I was surprised at how little dust was left behind.) There were no surprises - the quote was the final cost - and they even brought my hot water heater up to code. This is the second home I've had repiped - Plumbing Express did a far superior job for a very competitive price. I recommend them very highly.

I had an appointment set to have someone from this company come out and give me an estimate on a leaky water heater. They said they'd be out at "about 12:00," and that they'd call 30 minutes beforehand. I took this to mean they'd be here at 12, give or take 15 minutes or so. I made arrangements to leave work to be here for the appointment, and at 12:20, there was still no phone call or plumber present, so I called them to check on things. In a non-confrontational way, I said I had a 12:00 appointment, but that I hadn't heard anything so far. The man on the phone launched in to a condescending lecture on how this was the service industry, and that's why he'd given me a "window" rather than a strict appointment. This was news to me. I would have considered this just a miscommunication and waited for their serviceman, but the man on the phone was so rude and patronizing, I cancelled the appointment, at which point he hung up on me. I shudder to think what kind of problems I would have had with them if I'd ended up doing business with them.

Cons: VERY rude, surly customer service
