Stopped in here earlier this week in search of a gift for a friend. I actually got to meet the owner of the store. She really listened to what I wanted and helped me select some jewelry. Her attention made me spend a little more than I had planned on, but that is what good customer service gets you!
Pros: Good quality without being snobby, helpful staff.
