This was my first experience with ChemDry. I've used Sears, and Stanley Steemer, and not had a problem. ChemDry cleaned three area rugs in August, and the men that came were courteous and the rugs looked good when they left. A month later all the stains were back on the rug that had the problem. I called the Cary office and spoke to the owner, who blew me off. Told me stains could return, and I had been told that, (no I had not). He also told me I probably had put new stains on the rug. He was argumentative and could have cared less about customer service. The final analysis was that he wasn't going to do anything. The conversation was pointless, so now I know who never to call and never to recommend!!!! So if you want a poor job and no customer service call ChemDry in Cary, NC.

Chem Dry did a fabulous job on my carpets. They were on time, professional, friendly, and fast! My whole house (upstairs, downstairs, stair case, and pet areas that got a special protectant) only took about an hour and it looks amazing. The high traffic areas that used to be dark and discolored from the rest of the carpet are back to normal and it dries so fast. Definitely use these folks if you are looking for a fast painless way to clean your carpets. A great price too!

We have been using Chem Dry of Cary for years now with great satisfaction. Once we had a small problem with a recurring pet stain that came back after the initial cleaning. We called the office the next day and a crew was sent back out that day, at no charge. The stain has never come back. We have alwas found Chem Dry of Cary polite, helpful and customer orientated. Customer service and high standards of quality control can be expected.

I AM A BELIEVER NOW,THE CHEM DRY PROCESS WORKS! MY ORIENTAL RUGS WERE CLEANED IN MY HOME AND LOOK GREAT. NO PUSHY SALES PITCH, I GOT THE STAIN PROTECTION AND HAD THE RUGS SANITIZED FOR PET ODOR. IT SEEMS TO HAVE WORKED WELL, I HAD THE WORK DONE OVER OVER TWO WEEKS AGO. THE TECS TOLD ME IF I HAD ANY CONCERNS OR IF THE STAINS CAME BACK I COULD CALL THEM TO COME BACK AT NO CHARGE. THEY ALSO LEFT A FREE CAN OF SPOTTER FOR ANY FUTURE PET ACCIDENTS.
Pros: FREE CAN OF SPOTTER, ODOR GONE, NOT PUSHY

We have two kids and a cat, I like home services Professional & convenient. It was my day off, the crew from Chemdry of Cary came out on time, no surprises from the phone estimate and the results were very good, considering the wear in our old carpet and the prior steam cleanings. No HASSLES, AND THE CARPETS WERE DRY BEFORE THE KIDS CAME HOME FROM SCHOOL.
Pros: NO HASSLES, CONVENIENT, NO SURPRISES

WE HAVE BEEN USING CHEM DRY OF CARY FOR YEARS NOW WITH GREAT SARISFACTION.ONCE I HAD A SMALL PROBLEM WITH A RECURRING SODA STAIN AND AFTER TALKING WITH THE OFFICE A CREW WAS SENT BACK OUT AT NO CHARGE.THE STAIN HAS NEVER CAME BACK.WE HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THEM POLITE AND VERY CUSTOMER ORIENTATED WITH HIGH STANDARDS OF QUALITY.
