bagels and more cafe is the worst establishement ive eaten in since i came to North Carolna. Im a jewish immigrant and i know my bagels. I find it appaling that their resaturant is so dirty. The woment that work their are very unpleaseant and rude. rarely do i ever get a thankyou or how are you. there are a few exceptions in the staff, but on the whole many of the ladies are sad. the bagels have been stale lately and im afraid to eat anything else. last week when i was in , they were out of soda lids, amongst other things. the coffee is always cold and i wish someone would fix the bathrooms.
Pros: decent bagels, good bakeditems

Bagels and More Cafe in Heritage Wake Forest, has the best bagels in town!!! Evertime I go in there with my family I am greated with nice smiles and Friendly hello's and greetings. The Adults on the weekdays are so sweet and so are the Teenagers on the Weekends. The food is amazing and everytime I am in there I feel welcomed. Even when I am not in there with my family. I sometimes go into just to have a cup of coffee or a latte now and then this is nice because there is a nice living area with a beautiful painting on the wall where i can relax with peice and quiet. I would advise anyone to go and try the bagles, danishes, coffee, soups, salads or sandwhiches there because they are all to die for! Trust me you will love the experience, becuase I sure do and I know for a fact that others do as well!!
Pros: Front Parking, Great Service, and always feel welcomed!

We had a coupon for 1 dozen free bagels from here, with our welcome package to our new house in Wake Forest. It was a little out of the way to get to, for us, but worth it. The bagels were really good and the service was fine. Sorry for that person with the glove in their bagel!

A wedding day bridal breakfast was ruined on Saturday, May 5th when one of the bridesmaid bit into her muffin, chewed for a moment, and then pulled out an entire finger to a latex glove. Needless to say, the bride and her attendants, and other invited guests were appalled. The supervisor in charge during that morning was appalled as well, apologized, and took the glove/plate to the kitchen area. She assured us that she had left the manager a voice message and left the "finger" for him to see the next day (Sunday). Our planned bridal breakfast had cost me $105.00 for the 11 of us in attendance. Since the manager did not bother to call me on Sunday morning, I called him around 9:30am. He was not sincere and hardly offered an apology and did not feel any monetary compensation was warranted. Although a $25. gift certificate to this restaurant was offered - I did not accept it, because I or anyone in our party will ever go back to this establishment. I would suggest everyone think twice about eating at Bagels and More Cafe at Heritage in Wake Forest....This was not a pleasant experience and the attitude of Phil, the manager, when I called him on Sunday morning, was unprofessional and condescending.
