we have ordered delivery from 888 several times ... the last 2 times , it took an hour a half to get my order. i had to call both times , no apology or even a sorry for the delay . the last time , even after waiting my order was short an egg roll , portions were tiny , and my mongolian beef had barely any beef . i called the next day and asked to speak to a manager or owner , an was not allowed to speak with them . i explained my issues , and all they would offer me was 3 dollars off my next order . Horrible way to handle an unhappy customer ... BEWARE of this restaurant !!!
Cons: slow service , skimpy portions , unfriendly order taker , no manager available

I have ordered food for delivery from this place several times. Extremely rude delivery people. One kid kick ed my mat out from in front of my door. The food is ok.

For the life of me, I don't know why I agreed to eat here with a friend. The service was friendly and efficient. The food, though. Wow. I ate about 1/3 of it and tossed the rest away. It lacked any subtlety and care in preparation. Stick with your favorites when it comes to Chinese... these new quick-n-easy places don't add anything to the restaurant-scape of the Triangle.
Pros: Efficient and Friendly Service

We've only ordered from there once I think, but the food is your basic average chinese fare. Portion sizes are large. I've had better, but this was pretty good for delivery. The service was very good and the delivery was fast. Prices were probably standard. I'd rate it pretty good overall, but I think I would keep looking for the wow factor Chinese delivery.
Pros: Super fast delivery on a weekend night, order-taker spoke good English so easy to understand
Cons: Just average, no big discovery here

The food is excellent tasting and always fresh tasting. I order all the time. Mostly delivery. Delivered food comes steaming hot and fresh. The service is also excellent. What I also love is, that even when I go in for takeout people are always complimenting the owners and chefs and saying how much they like it and travel a long distance to come get food from here because it is the best around. I agree.

OMG! We ate this yesterday and all THREE of us have been up sick all night. Not good at all. I'm going to call them today. I feel awful.

The food tasted bad. The people working there were really nice, but everything we ordered was just gross, and we were not prepared for odd tastes.

The absolute best in Chinese takeout! Better and fresher than any other Chinese restaurant in the area, and much better than any buffet offering. The owner knows me on sight and is always giving me fortune cookies for my daughters. She goes the extra mile, and that keeps me coming back again and again!
Pros: Fresh food, right price, friendly
Cons: only one in area, parking problems
